Privacy Policy according to the art. 13 of (EU) Regulation No. 679/2016

TYPES OF PROCESSING DATA, PURPOSE OF PROCESSING DATA AND DATA STORAGE

   1. Navigational data

Visiting and consulting the site does not generally involve collection and processing of user’s personal data. The personal data processing of users who visit and consult the site is limited to the so-called navigation data. Its transmission is necessary for the functioning of computer systems and for programs that are essential for the operation of the site but which, by their very nature and in conjunction with other data, may permit the identification of users.

   2. Data you provide to us

For the consultation of the site, the user is not required to transfer any personal information.

a) Orders and contacts. The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mails to the addresses that are stated on this website means the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to answer the requests, as well as any other personal data included in the missive.The personal data will be only used to execute the required performance. The personal data will be stored for as long as is strictly necessary to provide the user with the requested service, and will be deleted immediately after, except for statuary obligations.

b) Newsletter. In order to receive commercial, informative, promotional and/or advertising material (newsletter), the user may confer some personal data, such as personal and identification data and contact data, to MARCONI COMPANY by Marconi Giorgio e Lorella & General Partnership. The data will be used to periodically send the user the newsletter. Your data will be stored until you withdraw your consent to the processing. The revocation can be exercised at any time through a special procedure of cancellation at the bottom of each newsletter.

  • is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the data subject is a party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior, as well as necessary to fulfill a legal obligation (No 1, 2 a of the previous point) where applicable;

  • is based on express consent (No 2 b of the previous point).

 

CONSEQUENCES OF FAILURE TO PROVIDE DATA

Apart from what has been specified for browsing data, the user is free to provide his personal data in fill-in request forms or in contact messages with MARCONI COMPANY by Marconi Giorgio e Lorella & General Partnership, to request to receive informative materials and other notifications or to subscribe to Newsletter. Refusing to provide the data required may result in it being impossible to obtain the requested services.

MODALITY OF PROCESSING DATA

  • the restriction of processing personal data concerning him or her (on the occurrence of one of the cases indicated in art. 18, par.1, GDPR);

  • request and obtain from MARCONI COMPANY by Marconi Giorgio e Lorella & General Partnership - in the event that the legal basis of the processing is the contract or consent, and the same is carried out by automated means - your personal data in a structured format and readable by an automatic device, also in order to communicate such data to another holder of the treatment (so-called right to portability of personal data);

  •  Subject at any time to the processing of your personal data in the occurrence of special situations that affect you;

  • The data subject shall have the right to withdraw his or her consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. Prior to giving consent, the data subject shall be informed thereof. It shall be as easy to withdraw as to give consent (art. 7, par. 3, GDPR);

  • Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (art. 77, GDPR - Autorità Garante per la protezione dei dati personali – www.garanteprivacy.it).
